Do the tours run in bad weather?
Yes, our tours run rain, snow or sun! Please make sure you have weather appropriate clothing and an umbrella in case you need it.
I am running late, now what?
We like to start tours on time (remember this is Bath!), but recognise that delays in travelling etc do happen. If you know that you are going to be late, please ring us at once (+44(0)7817 790268) and we will do our best to adjust timings with your guide – but no guarantees!

Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
All of our tours are wheelchair or mobility scooter accessible. If you are a wheelchair user, it would be a great help to let us know before your tour so that we can inform the guide to plan the route while incorporating your needs!
Where should I park my car
If you are coming by car please leave plenty of time to park. Bath gets incredibly busy and we would hate for you to miss your tour due to parking problems. The nearest car parks to Abbey Churchyard are:

Do we go inside the museums/sights?
These are city walking tours so we prioritise bringing you to sights that are in the open-air. We can provide entry tickets to all Bath sights and also provide guided tours of the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey for groups up to 6.
What is your cancellation policy?
100% of fees will be refunded if the tour is cancelled 6 days or more before your tour. 50% of the fee will be refunded if tour is cancelled within 5 days of your tour and no refund will be payable if the tour is cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed start time.
What languages do you offer?
Our tours are all offered in English. We can also provide tours in French, German and Spanish if guides are available. Please let us know if you want a tour in a language other than English.
Where do the tours begin?
Our tours normally begin a in Abbey Churchyard in front of Bath Abbey and the entrance to the Roman Baths Museum. We can also meet you at your Bath hotel or the Bath Spa Railway. Please let us know. https://goo.gl/maps/GiRKtCkWsZaLgdzJ9
I am at the meeting point but I cannot see the guide?
The guide will in the centre of Abbey Churchyard. They will be wearing a blue Institute of Tourist Guiding lanyard and their Blue Badge. If you still cannot see them, please call us on +44(0)7817 790268 and we will try to direct you.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are always welcome so long as their owners are well behaved!
